My job title may be personal trainer, but I believe my job extends far beyond that. My goal is to make you look, move and feel great, to improve your fitness, to work with you achieve your goals and to make sure you enjoy yourself along the way!
I’m committed and passionate about delivering results that my clients want and that last.
My passion for health and fitness can be seen in every aspect of my life. I love to keep myself moving, whether it’s Olympic weightlifting, cycling, hitting the gym or wakeboarding. I enjoy learning new sports and using my fitness in everyday life, and I’m passionate about helping you do the same.
I have spent years learning from many coaches in different sporting disciplines and continue to invest heavily in my education. I have been moulded into the coach I am today by what I have learnt from coaches around the world and in my own search for better training methods.
