One to one training


One to One sessions mean I can give you my undivided attention and regardless of the amount of time we have together, get the most out of your session. My aim is to make these sessions enjoyable whilst we work towards achieving your goals.

These one to one sessions can be held either at your home or office, a gym or my home. I offer my One to One sessions in Kingston and Richmond Upon Thames as well as other areas including… Surbiton, New Malden, Chessington, Hampton, Teddington, Twickenham and Epsom & Ewell. If I haven’t mentioned your area please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Group training


You may find it more enjoyable to exercise with a friend or two. I believe these sessions offer a relaxed and enjoyable environment in which to work towards similar goals. These sessions are offered at discounted rates per the amount of people training so please get in touch with me to find out more.

Home, gym, office or outdoors


I appreciate that we all have busy lives so I like to be as flexible as possible with my clients. Getting to a gym after a long day at work can add even more stress so I am able to travel to your house to train you, alternatively you may wish to use your lunch hour to train, in which case I am more than happy to travel to your office.

If you find you have a bit of time on your hands then you may wish to train in a gym. I have use of a fully equipped strength and condition facility from where we can utilise an abundance of equipment to add an extra dimension to your training.

Strength and fitness for disability
